Big Boat Regatta!

Your ship has finally come in, or has it? A cadre of teams is created which are called upon to design and build a seaworthy vessel that will carry a teammate to Victory! Given props such as tape, cardboard, scissors and plastic bags, participants tap their creativity as they design and build their ship! Teams will have to present their vessel in Name and Song and tell why they are headed to the winners’ circle! The excitement builds as the race begins… Try this program at a Water Park, Ocean, Bay or onsite at your Hotel!!!

Includes: staff, props, equipment, score sheets, facilitation and fun!



THE SOUTHWEST CHILI COOK-OFF!!!

This program is a fantastic way for all participants to experience the true taste and flavor of the American Southwest! Teams will acquire and prepare all ingredients for their very own Chili recipe. A full marketing campaign will also unfold as teams take on roles to design their Chili’s name, slogan and Chili Chant, not to mention a full design of their Chili sales booth! From paint to décor this program will tap the creativity of each team member as they choose a role that reflects their strength and commitment to team victory! This is a great LARGE GROUP PROGRAM!

Program includes: Full facilitation, Chili spices, Chili General Store and all necessary equipment for Chili cook-off. Food and some banquet items to be supplied by hotel.

The Great Race Scavenger Hunt

Using cameras, creativity, and detective skills, participants are sent on a mission! Their mission if they choose to accept it involves finding and complete a list of tasks. Some of these tasks include: creating a team name, team cheer, and a story board of their adventure.* Some sample questions:

  1. Get a tennis (golf) ball signed by tennis (golf) pro.
  2. Find the tallest tree on the hotel property and take a picture of the tree.
  3. Take a picture of team with a hotel staff member.
  4. Take a picture of a teammate living "the Southern California life".
  5. Find a coin with the year your company was founded!

Program Includes: Polaroid or Digital cameras, staff, Approved scavenger list, team story boards and props, icebreakers and Group Celebration!

Corporate Olympics / Team Challenge!

Not since the days of Athens have the stakes been so high! This high-energy, fast paced event gives teams an opportunity to participate and compete to win gold! Utilizing a combination of physical and mental challenges all participants will find themselves engaged in their team’s quest for Victory! This time trusted smile producer is a favorite for groups from around the globe! We will customize the games and initiatives for your particular industry! This program is perfect for groups of 20 – 2000, you name it!!! Let the Games Begin!

Program includes: full facilitation staff, stopwatches, scorecards, icebreakers and Group Celebration! Add trophies, T-Shirts, Bandanas or Medals to the fun for an additional cost!!!

Picasso and Cocktails!

Time to exercise the left brain and get the creative juices flowing! With a large blank canvas, teams are commissioned to paint a masterpiece. Themed for your meeting, your goals or company’s objectives, the paintings can reflect any choice of topic. Participants collaborate, design and create their version of fine artistic expression. Everyone has it within their reach to produce at least a Jackson Pollock version of the theme!

Equipped with smocks, brushes, paints, canvas and ideas, participants will go to the limits to impress the art critics. Maximum participation is created while several team members name their creation and present its features and benefits in a two minute sales pitch to the rest of the group. After an “art walk” and community polling, the winning painting is set to hang in the CEO’s office for the next year!!!

Program includes: Introductory icebreakers and fun, support staff, up to 6 canvases, paints, brushes, smocks and all necessary equipment, facilitation, and Group Celebration!

TEAM Energizer Program

The "Team Energizer" program is a collaborative effort and designed to promote Team Spirit, Growth, Binding and Self-Insight. Through a series of low element exercises and group problem solving initiatives, our facilitators will help your team to begin on the path to reaching a higher potential. A New Team Adventure will create a dynamic, exciting and productive program using the Adventure Based Education (ABE) model with emphasis on celebration as a team!

Program includes: Pre-program assessment, low element team initiatives, full facilitation of event and all supplies necessary to deliver event.


Building Bridges / Apprentice

Perfect for the inside of a ballroom! Participants are given the following scenario: The Country is looking to build a new bridge; they are looking for the most technologically advanced, best looking, and most innovative bridge on the market. Your design firm is competing for the coveted Billion dollar project, good luck! Teams are given minimal props to build the largest freestanding bridge across the room. While at the same time, they must tell why the City should approve their model bridge and sell its features and benefits to land the BIG Contract! Themes: Olympic Village, Moon Village, Future Vision Village, New Headquarters…YOU NAME IT!!!

Program includes: full facilitation, staff, team story boards, props, icebreakers and Group Celebration!
