Great Green Boat Regatta! A

This tried and true “team event” takes on a new twist as teams use recyclable cardboard, bio-degrable plastic tarps, rope, and other reclaimed items to build a personalized watercraft. Teams utilize their talents and tap into their creativity as they design and build their personalized craft. Teams will have to present their vessel in name and song and tell why they are headed to the winners’ circle. As the excitement builds, one or two team members must board the vessel and the race begins! Enjoy this program at a water park, the beach, bay or onsite at your local hotel pool!

Program Includes: all necessary boat building materials, equipment, score sheets, staff facilitation and team building fun!

Not NASCAR! Solar Car! B

Talk about innovation! How about building a team model, solar race car? Along side the car, create a cool marketing campaign, a helmet for your team driver and a race flag that will represent your team in the finals!

Your team will have the chance to win the ultimate car challenge on the world’s hottest solar race course! Up against the competition, each team will take a turn to see who has built the fastest solar car in the room!

Charitable Program: donation of the solar car kits to local middle schools to assist in life science course on solar energy will greatly benefit students!

Program Includes: fully facilitated team event, two solar race car kits per team, race flags, team marketing materials, race course and team building fun!

The Incredible Race! C

Using cameras, creativity, navigational skills and a good map, participants are sent on a “collective” mission. Whether downtown, your favorite tourist destination, city park, or even on the grounds of your hotel this program is fast paced and fun! Teams race to get as many answers, complete as many tasks and find as many clues as they can before racing to the finish line! Great for all groups and all abilities as teams need to collaborate to succeed! Teams conclude the race by creating an exciting storyboard of their journey!

Program Examples:

1. Take a picture of a teammate living “the GOOD life”.

2. Find a coin made the year your company was founded.

3. Find out the name of a local celebrity.

Program Includes: Polaroid or digital cameras (optional), staff facilitation, approved scavenger list, team storyboards and supplies to create the storyboards, icebreakers, group celebration and team building fun!

Team Top Chef! A

This program is a fantastic way for all participants to experience the “true taste and flavor” of teamwork! Teams will acquire and prepare all ingredients for their very own recipe. A full marketing campaign will also unfold as team members take on roles to design their new dish in name, slogan and song, not to mention a full design of their sales booth! From paint to décor, this savory program will extract creativity from each team member as they choose a role that reflects their strength and commitment to team victory!

*This is a great, large group program.

Program Includes: staff facilitation, dry spices, a stocked general store for team spending of their dollars, all necessary equipment for cook-off and team building fun! Food and some banquet items to be supplied by hotel.

Use those early morning hours and our perfect weather to get the blood pumping, clear your head, or just get outside and enjoy the fresh air before a day of meetings!

How about a guided, fun run, yoga on the beach, or morning workout? Let our experienced staff of facilitators and exercise gurus lead your team on an early morning adventure, before the competition even wakes up! Whatever your taste, we have the workout for you!

Team Energizer Workshop! B

How about a totally customized workshop that is exciting, fast paced, and designed around your time and your team! The team energizer program is “your” program!

This collaborative effort is designed to promote team spirit, growth, bonding and self-insight. Through a series of experiential, low element challenges and group problem solving initiatives, our facilitators will help your team on the path to reaching a higher potential. This is not a motivational speaking conference. It’s a “hands on” team workshop designed to improve communication, set team goals and reflect on team norms! Facilitators specialize in creating a dynamic, exciting and productive program using the Adventure Based Education (ABE) model with emphasis on celebration as a team! This program is great indoors or out!

Program Includes: pre-program assessment, low element team initiatives, staff facilitation, all supplies necessary to deliver event and team building fun!

Green City USA! B

Participants are given the following scenario: The world is going green and each country is looking to showcase their “greenest city” at this year’s world’s fair. The title of “Greenest City of the World” is up for grabs and your design firm has a shot. Can your team design and build the most environmentally impressive model representing their city? What technologies are being used within this city? Wind power or flower power, you can build it!

Good luck and get started! Teams are given minimal props to build a model of the world’s greenest city right there in the room. At the same time, your team must tell why the world should approve your model as your teammates sell its features and benefits to land the big contract.

Creative, Fun, Interactive and full of surprises! This program is perfect for a ballroom.

DiSC Team Workshop! A

DiSC is one model of “human behavior” that helps people to understand why they do what they do. The variations of Dominance, influencing, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness make up the model and interact with other factors to describe human behavior.

After a quick written assessment or pre program online assessment, participants are engaged in an interactive, experiential based workshop designed to further integrate understanding of the model within your team. Our own unique patterns distinguish us from one another, and express our individual identities just like our thumbprint. Each DiSC style has great strengths, and potential limitations. Join our staff as we explore the incredible dimensions of human dynamics, decision making and leadership!
